Clover fine print: how Saltspar treats your visit
A short, honest account of what happens when you open these pages.
The short version
Saltspar has no accounts and no forms. It is a read-only guide. It does load a Google tag (Google Ads, ID AW-18320742375) that measures visits and advertising performance and may set cookies; details are below. The site itself writes nothing to your browser’s local storage.
What is recorded
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser’s user-agent string, and typically keep ordinary access logs for security and fault-finding. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
Outside services your browser contacts
- Google Fonts supplies the Gloock and Figtree typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which therefore see your IP address and browser details. If you block those requests the pages still work with fallback fonts.
- Google tag (Google Ads / Google Tag Manager) loads from googletagmanager.com when a page opens. Google receives your IP address, browser details, the page visited and may set or read cookies to measure visits and the performance of advertising. This happens as the page loads, before any choice is offered, because the site has no cookie banner. You can block it with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker, or manage Google’s settings at myadcenter.google.com; the guide still works without it.
- Hotelbeds photo servers deliver the hotel pictures shown in the list and on hotel pages. Your browser requests each picture directly from them.
- OpenStreetMap and each hotel’s own website are only contacted if you choose to click those links, and they operate under their own privacy rules.
